Get Active While Networking!

Being active is a great way to meet new people, so we’re offering a free, fun networking opportunity for AAPS members to play games, network with new people, get your heart rate up, and improve your physical health by getting your body moving!

Join Member Engagement Committee Member Suzanne Jolly for Active Networking at UBC BodyWorks Fitness Centre, Wednesday April 23 from 12:00pm–1:00pm. The session will be run by a certified Personal Trainer and is designed to be fun and accessible.

Use this Active Networking event towards points in the Healthy UBC Challenge 2014!

The session will include:

  • Team building games that get your heart pumping and your body moving in fun and interactive ways
  • Functional movements that will help maintain one’s strength for everyday activities
  • Interactive stretching (very popular @MovingMinds)

Don’t forget to bring your workout clothes and good running shoes—there are change rooms and showers. Not sure if this networking session is right for you? Please contact aaps.pd@ubc.ca.
