The current Collective Agreement with the University expires June 30, 2014. Work is already underway to prepare for the next round of bargaining. However, it is essential that we get your feedback as we develop proposals to present to the University. We look forward to your participation at one of our series of roundtables which will include a presentation on the bargaining process by Chief Negotiator Michael Conlon. These roundtables provide an opportunity for an open and frank dialogue about priorities for management and professional employees at UBC in the next round of bargaining.
